Does the estimator store my inputs?
No. It runs in the browser and keeps the current state only in the page URL.
Why is the total shown as 'at least'?
Only published numeric items are added. Missing fees stay outside the total and appear as checklist items with official links.
Which countries are live first?
Germany, Spain, and Portugal are live first because they already have enough published rent and setup inputs.
